Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a food processor, blend the ripe avocados until smooth and creamy.
- Step 3: Add the cocoa powder, coconut sugar, almond flour, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt to the avocado mixture.
- Step 4: Blend the mixture again until all the ingredients are well combined and the batter is smooth.
- Step 5: Fold in the dark chocolate chips using a spatula or spoon.
- Step 6: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out mostly clean.
- Step 8: Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Step 9: Once cooled, cut the brownies into squares and serve.
