Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
- Step 2: In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Step 3: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined; the batter should be slightly lumpy.
- Step 4: Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Step 5: Lightly coat the waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray.
- Step 6: Pour enough batter to cover 2/3 of the waffle grid and close the lid.

- Step 8: Carefully remove the waffle and repeat the process with the remaining batter.
- Step 9: Serve the waffles warm with your favorite toppings such as fresh fruit, syrup, or whipped cream.
