Ingredients
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Step 1: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 15 minutes to prevent burning.
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
- Step 3: Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.
