  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Step 1: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 15 minutes to prevent burning.

  3. Step 3: Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the marinade.

  6. Step 6: Place the shrimp skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
