Ingredients
- 1 lb white fish fillets (such as tilapia or cod)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Step 2: In a small bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Step 3: Brush the fish fillets with the spice mixture on both sides.
- Step 4: Grill the fish for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
- Step 5: Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Step 6: In a small bowl, mix the sour cream with lime juice to make a lime crema.
- Step 7: Assemble the tacos by placing grilled fish on each tortilla, topped with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Step 8: Drizzle with lime crema and serve with lime wedges on the side.
