A creamy and spicy Jalapeño Popper Dip that's perfect for game day or any gathering.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 jalapeño peppers, seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
- Step 3: Stir in the cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, diced jalapeños, green onions, and crumbled bacon until well mixed.
- Step 4: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Step 5: In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, melted butter, and garlic powder.
- Step 6: Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the dip.
- Step 7: Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the dip is bubbly.
- Step 8: Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
